Hello, I’m Maria Lorio, a wife, mother of six, entrepreneur, and follower of Christ. Together with my husband, we’ve built multiple businesses, but my heart and passion live in Filigree Home Décor and Filigree Baby, two e-commerce stores born from a love of creating beautiful, meaningful spaces where families grow and memories flourish.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Management, a Master’s in Procurement and Acquisitions, and a Certificate in Interior Design. These credentials, combined with years of hands-on experience, allow me to blend creativity with strategy building not just rooms, but atmospheres of peace, love, and purpose.
Faith and family are at the core of everything I do. My husband and I share a deep love for God, and together we lead family ministry nights every Monday, teaching our children the power of service, gratitude, and grace. Three of our six kids are already entrepreneurs a reflection of the values of hard work and faith we live by every day.
We also have a strong heart for community volunteering to help the homeless and foster families whenever possible. I see each of my businesses not just as companies, but as stewardships opportunities the Lord has trusted me with to serve others through creativity, excellence, and love.
Through Filigree, I aim to nurture environments where families feel grounded, inspired, and connected. Every product, design, and collection is created to help others build homes that radiate warmth and meaning because our spaces should tell the story of who we are and who we love. photos to come
